Autor: Mgr: Takuma Kimura MOL Logistics It\u00e1lie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed p\u0159eprava v\u00edna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edno je citliv\u00e9 na teplotn\u00ed v\u00fdkyvy, pokud jde o zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1l\u00fdch podm\u00ednek po celou dobu p\u0159epravy p\u0159i optim\u00e1ln\u00ed teplot\u011b, ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky se mohou li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na typu v\u00edna, obecn\u011b se pohybuj\u00ed kolem 15 \u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chladic\u00ed nebo such\u00fd kontejner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uv\u00e1d\u00ed se, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 kontroly teploty 15 \u00b0C se nejl\u00e9pe dosahuje p\u0159epravou v chlad\u00edrensk\u00fdch kontejnerech, nicm\u00e9n\u011b je t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 poznamenat, \u017ee 90% v\u00edna p\u0159epravovan\u00e9ho z It\u00e1lie se p\u0159epravuje v such\u00fdch kontejnerech. Po dotazu na teplotu b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy a skladov\u00e1n\u00ed u n\u011bkolika vina\u0159stv\u00ed bylo nazna\u010deno, \u017ee je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed nep\u0159ekra\u010dovat pokojovou teplotu 25-28 \u00b0C. V d\u016fsledku toho je b\u011b\u017enou prax\u00ed volit p\u0159epravu v such\u00fdch kontejnerech nam\u00edsto chlad\u00edrensk\u00fdch kontejner\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed such\u00fdch kontejner\u016f pro p\u0159epravu odes\u00edlatel\u00e9 \u010dasto p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako je vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se letn\u00edm p\u0159eprav\u00e1m. P\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b v\u00edna z It\u00e1lie do Japonska, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159es Suezsk\u00fd pr\u016fplav, v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee trasa v\u00e9st p\u0159es hork\u00e1 m\u00edsta, jako jsou pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Egypta, Sa\u00fadsk\u00e9 Ar\u00e1bie nebo oblasti v bl\u00edzkosti rovn\u00edku kolem Singapuru. Proto je bez ohledu na p\u0159epravn\u00ed sez\u00f3nu nezbytn\u00e9 m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee b\u011bhem p\u0159ekl\u00e1dky a p\u0159epravy n\u00e1kladu bude doch\u00e1zet k teplotn\u00edm v\u00fdkyv\u016fm. Kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed teploty b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy p\u0159edstavuje zna\u010dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m, proto\u017ee tyto v\u00fdkyvy mohou p\u0159\u00edmo ovlivnit kvalitu v\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159ehled o pou\u017eit\u00ed tepeln\u011b izola\u010dn\u00edch f\u00f3li\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00e1 slu\u017eba je zalo\u017eena na faktorech, jako je teplota v m\u00edst\u011b p\u016fvodu a ur\u010den\u00ed b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy, trasa (v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstav\u016f p\u0159ekl\u00e1dky) a m\u00edsto ulo\u017een\u00ed kontejneru na lodi. Obvykle se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed z vysoce reflexn\u00edch hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00ed teplo a minimalizuj\u00ed tak jeho p\u0159enos. Pou\u017eit\u00ed vysoce \u010dist\u00e9 hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie zvy\u0161uje reflexn\u00ed vlastnosti materi\u00e1lu. Na rozd\u00edl od tepeln\u011bizola\u010dn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed tepeln\u011bizola\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly tlou\u0161\u0165ku, proto\u017ee odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed teplo na povrchu hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie.
