Wo stehen wir jetzt und was gibt es noch zu tun. Aus diesem Grund organisierte MOL Logistics Holding (Europe) B.V. das Budget Meeting zusammen mit unserem Pr\u00e4sidenten und Regionaldirektor aus Japan. Diesmal empfing unsere Niederlassung in Pilsen (Tschechische Republik) die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Verkaufsvertreter unserer Niederlassungen in Europa, dem Nahen Osten und Afrika (EMEA). W\u00e4hrend der <strong>erster Teil<\/strong>wurden die gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrenden Direktoren gebeten, 5 Fragen zu beantworten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Was m\u00fcssen Sie erreichen, um Ihren Umsatz und Ihr Ergebnis in den n\u00e4chsten 5 Jahren zu verdoppeln?<\/li>\n<li>Was machen Sie im Moment, das f\u00fcr andere Mitglieder der EMEA n\u00fctzlich ist?<\/li>\n<li>Wo k\u00f6nnen wir uns gegenseitig helfen?<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6nnen Sie uns von Ihren j\u00fcngsten Erfolgen zwischen den EMEA-B\u00fcros berichten?<\/li>\n<li>Wo sehen Sie Chancen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In der <strong>zweiter Teil<\/strong>wurden alle Handelsvertreter gefragt: Wie verkaufen Sie den Namen MOL Logistics auf dem Markt? Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer interessanten Diskussion, bei der alle Teilnehmer viel voneinander lernen konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e4ter an diesem Tag hielt unser Kollege, Herr Banaszek, einen Vortrag \u00fcber die Gr\u00fcndung einer neuen Niederlassung in Polen. Diese Pr\u00e4sentation vermittelte einen guten Eindruck von der Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit in Polen und wurde gut aufgenommen.
