Per questo MOL Logistics Holding (Europe) B.V. ha organizzato la riunione di bilancio insieme al nostro Presidente e al Direttore Regionale del Giappone. Questa volta, la nostra filiale di Pilsen (Repubblica Ceca) ha ricevuto i direttori generali e i rappresentanti delle vendite delle nostre filiali in Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa (EMEA). Durante la <strong>prima parte<\/strong>, gli Amministratori Delegati sono stati chiamati a rispondere a 5 domande:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cosa dovete raggiungere per raddoppiare il vostro fatturato e i vostri risultati nei prossimi 5 anni?<\/li>\n<li>Quali sono le attivit\u00e0 che state svolgendo in questo momento e che sono utili per gli altri membri dell'EMEA?<\/li>\n<li>Dove possiamo aiutarci a vicenda?<\/li>\n<li>Pu\u00f2 raccontarci i suoi recenti successi tra gli uffici EMEA?<\/li>\n<li>Dove vede delle opportunit\u00e0?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nel <strong>seconda parte<\/strong>A tutti i rappresentanti delle vendite \u00e8 stato chiesto: come vendete il nome MOL Logistics sul mercato? Ne \u00e8 nata una discussione interessante, in cui tutti i partecipanti hanno imparato molto gli uni dagli altri.<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f9 tardi, il nostro collega Banaszek ha tenuto una presentazione sulla creazione di una nuova filiale in Polonia. Questa presentazione ha dato una buona idea di come fare affari in Polonia ed \u00e8 stata ben accolta.
