Your role as QHSE Coordinator
As a QHSE Coordinator, you are involved from start to finish and partly responsible for the correctly executing of work with regard to our Quality Management System and Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE). You are the expert and sparring partner for colleagues and ensure that procedures and guidelines are complied with.

For the role of QHSE Coordinator, it is important that you are open to challenges and have a passion for QHSE. Thanks to the variety of projects, you will have the opportunity to work both independently as well as in a team. As a QHSE Coordinator, your tasks and responsibilities include:
- supervising, maintaining, improving and developing the QMS (ISO 9001 + ISO 13485 + ISO 14001 + GDP aspects);
- developing, implementing and securing QHSE policies and procedures;
- performing risk analyses and safety inspections at project locations;
- performing and supervising customer audits, internal and external audits;
- advising and training employees in the field of safety, health and the environment;
- ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
- reporting QHSE performance and making recommendations for improvements;
- liaising with external control bodies;
- carrying out risk inventories and implementing control measures.
Requirements
- You would like to take a 2nd or 3rd step in your career;
- Completed HBO education in a relevant field (e.g. Quality Management, Business Administration or Logistics and Economics, Safety Science, Environmental Science, or similar);
- You have experience as a QHSE Coordinator or experience in a similar role;
- You are a strong communicator, proactive and have an eye for detail;
- You can work well together, and are able to involve colleagues in change processes;
- Experience with ISO certifications (bijv. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485) is an advantage;
- Willing to further expand knowledge and experience in the field of CSRD and to set up and roll out the necessary management variables in the field of sustainability within the organization.

Steps towards your new job at MOL Logistics

Once we receive your application, we will begin processing it. We aim to respond within two weeks. If we have become enthusiastic about your submitted application, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Of course, it is also possible that you will be rejected based on the assessment, in which case we will send you an email. Within the framework of the GDPR, we will then destroy the cover letter, CV and mail after completion of the application process.
The introductory interview normally takes place with the direct supervisor and an HR Specialist. During this orientation interview we try to get a good impression of you as a person and your capabilities and see if you could become the new colleague within MOL Logistics. Of course you also get the opportunity to ask questions about the vacancy and our company, please do! We find it important to give a clear and honest picture of our organization and the vacancy so you can make a good choice.
If the introductory interview is positive for both parties, we will ask you for a follow-up interview. This interview will basically take place with a (future) direct colleague and another HR Specialist. We will go deeper into the content of the position and your capabilities and motivation. An assessment or other test by a third party may be part of the procedure. Depending on the position, another interview may take place.
