Your role as Regional Commercial Manager EU
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing revenue and market share by developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your focus will span both existing markets and exciting new growth areas, all aimed at strengthening our competitive edge in the industry.

What are you going to do?
Commercial management:
- Primary contact for all Europe based customers.
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer portfolios.
- Quoting to customers.
- Improving customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service, quality and efficiency.
- Agency coordination for whole region Europe.
- Pricing Less Container Load + Full Container Load + AIR.
- Manages the agency cost and pricing for operations in Europe.
- Account Receivable/ P&L – with MLG NL.
- Control of contract agreements, SLAs, KPIs, monitoring volume.
- Maintaining relationships with key suppliers such as shipping companies, air cargo companies and carriers.
Requirements
- Strong Experience as Account Manager plus operational activities for clients.
- Involvement in business wide fulfilment.
- Communication and meetings with colleagues across the globe.
- Knowledge of sea freight, consolidation and PO Management as well as air is a must.
- Different time zones.
- English and German essential.
- Availability to travel.

Steps towards your new job at MOL Logistics

Once we receive your application, we will begin processing it. We aim to respond within two weeks. If we have become enthusiastic about your submitted application, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Of course, it is also possible that you will be rejected based on the assessment, in which case we will send you an email. The introductory interview normally takes place with the direct supervisor and an HR Specialist. During this orientation interview we try to get a good impression of you as a person and your capabilities and see if you could become the new colleague within MOL Logistics. We find it important to give a clear and honest picture of our organization and the vacancy so you can make a good choice.
If the introductory interview is positive for both parties, we will ask you for a follow-up interview.
