Om onze diensten voor onze klanten uit te breiden, vinden we het belangrijk dat onze medewerkers in heel Europa kennis opdoen bij andere bedrijven van MOL Logistics. <\/strong>Daarom heeft MOL Logistics Holding een uitwisselingsprogramma opgezet tussen Duitsland, Tsjechi\u00eb en Nederland. Elk land stuurt twee collega's naar een ander land voor een periode van een week. Tijdens deze week wisselen ze kennis en idee\u00ebn uit en leren ze elkaar beter kennen.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/mol-logistics.holding-emea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/MOL-Logistics-Exchange-Program.jpg\" align=\"center\" align_tablet=\"center\" align_last_edited=\"on|desktop\" _builder_version=\"3.23\u2033] Misschien heeft een van onze collega's in Europa een oplossing waar je al lang naar op zoek bent. Of je kunt je collega helpen met een oplossing die door jouw land is ontwikkeld en waar hij of zij nog niet aan heeft gedacht. Op deze manier stimuleren we teamwork over de grenzen heen dat onze klanten zeker zal helpen.<\/p>\n We hopen te bereiken dat collega's elkaar makkelijker vinden. Persoonlijk contact kan hier beter aan bijdragen dan alleen contact via e-mail of telefoon. Aan het eind van het jaar evalueren we de eerste stappen in het uitwisselingsprogramma. Als deze positief zijn, breiden we het programma uit naar andere landen in Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika.<\/p>\n De volgende personen zullen eind 2018 deelnemen aan het
