Your role as Business Development Manager (Japanese customers, UK)
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth in the UK, with a strong focus on acquiring and developing Japanese customers. The role focuses on building long-term relationships within the Japanese business community, leveraging an existing network in the UK, and positioning MOL Logistics as a trusted logistics partner across air freight, sea freight and warehousing business.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a commercial role within logistics (air/sea freight/warehousing). Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition. Strong preference for experience with Japanese customers or companies. Existing network within the Japanese business community in the UK is a strong advantage.

Languages: Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are highly preferred.
