Digital Marketeer B-to-B
Your role as Digital Marketeer B-to-B
As a Digital Marketeer, you play a key role in supporting the international commercial team within the Europe & Africa region. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of MOL Logistics Holding (Europe) B.V., this role demands a high level of independence and responsibility.
From the HQ in Tilburg, you’ll work closely with international colleagues from across our regional offices, including the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Kenya. Additionally, you’ll be part of a global communication team working to enhance internal communication, driven by our headquarters in Japan.
This is a dynamic but also very practical role for a proactive, self-employed and internationally minded professional. Next to excellent digital skills, you have a smooth pen and take pleasure at creating visual content yourself e.g. with Canva.
- Intensive collaboration with international sales team in the field of online campaigns
- Monitor Brand Image based on Corporate Identity
- Manage website content in collaboration with website developer
- Create, contribute and collect online content for Holding
- Initiate and coordinate all other marketing tasks within the holding.
- Contact person for marketing matters in an international context (worldwide)
- Periodic reporting of results
- General assistance for management in the field of organization, product and/or market development
Requirements
As Digital Marketeer you are part of a compact team on holding level. Together you translate strategic goals into operational results. You will be the online and offline go creator for sales and work on improvements and cooperation between countries. Within this team you have an important role as a link and sparring partner.
Your profile
- Completed Marketing education at least at HBO level (Bachelor);
- Demonstrable experience as an online marketer (at least 3 years) for business to business in an international environment;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Proactive attitude, creative and innovative;
- Knowledge and experience with relevant software packages (e.g. WordPress, Hubspot, Canva, LinkedIn, Analytics).

Once we receive your application, we will begin processing it. We aim to respond within two weeks. If we have become enthusiastic about your submitted application, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Of course, it is also possible that you will be rejected based on the assessment, in which case we will send you an email. The introductory interview normally takes place with the direct supervisor and an HR Specialist. During this orientation interview we try to get a good impression of you as a person and your capabilities and see if you could become the new colleague within MOL Logistics. We find it important to give a clear and honest picture of our organization and the vacancy so you can make a good choice.
If the introductory interview is positive for both parties, we will ask you for a follow-up interview.
