Today: Leslie Geleijns

MOL Logistics location: Netherlands, Tilburg

1. What is your role at MOL Logistics?

I’m working as Customer Service Coordinator Road on Location Head office in Tilburg,

Together with a team of 3 persons within our Road department, we are responsible to search for custom made solutions for flexible transport throughout Europe. This can be a box of 1 kgs, but we are also specialized in complicated transports like complete submarines and machineries. Our service is 24/7: Express. We serve our client as fast as we can.

2. What do you like the most about your job?

Solving complex questions is my favorite activity. For example: A special part of a very exclusive yacht must be delivered to an impossible, very remote place. It’s really cool if we can deliver the spare part on time and to the right place and make both the shipyard and the yacht owner happy.

2. How long have you been working at MOL Logistics? 

I’m working at MOL Logistics since 2001, I left the company from 2008 till 2016 for another adventure, but finally ended up again at MOL Logistics. This is where I belong.

3. How did you end up at MOL Logistics? 

My education started in Tilburg. I followed technical and commercial education. Before I started at the road department, I previously worked as a Teamleader in the Warehouse.

4. Do you want to share your activities/hobbies outside of work? 

Next to spending time with my family and friends of course, I really like to go to festivals in the South of the Netherlands. Luckily in the Eindhoven Area there are a lot of Festivals organized! My favorite music is the 90’s. Besides the festivals I really like the work I’m doing, so I consider that as my hobby too.

5. What do you like about the organization or your job? What stands out for you?

The first thing I think about after reading this question, is the open culture and the Family DNA on the working floor. We care for our customers, and we care for each other. That’s what I like most about the company.
