The new office will foster stronger communication among employees across divisions and promote innovation through organic information sharing by introducing a hot-desking system and expanding communication space. In addition, booths for individual concentration and 1-on-1 booths will be newly established to improve productivity and create a more comfortable work environment.
Moreover, in the course of the relocation project, the company will reduce waste by re-purposing as much usable furniture from the previous office as possible. In addition, the new office will further promote paperless operations and introduce CO2-free electricity to protect the global environment.
