Everyone who works for MOL Logistics, from office staff to drivers, warehouse teams and contractors, goes through a mandatory safety induction and annual refresher. We track incidents, near-misses and root causes on a shared dashboard and discuss them in the monthly toolbox meeting.

Personal protective equipment is provided by the company and its use is not optional. Every site has a designated safety officer and a clear escalation line for emergencies.
