Każdego roku nasza organizacja sprawdza dotychczasowe wyniki i postępy. W ten sposób możemy skupić się na krokach, które musimy podjąć, aby osiągnąć nasze cele. W związku z tym MOL Logistics Holding (Europe) BV zorganizował spotkanie Target / Task Force Meeting dla wszystkich członków EMEA. Każdy kraj musiał przedstawić swoje wyniki i działania, które podjął, aby je osiągnąć. Ponadto siedem grup zadaniowych musiało przedstawić swoje postępy.
Nasz oddział MOL Logistics w Londynie (Wielka Brytania) przyjął dyrektorów zarządzających i przedstawicieli handlowych na Europę, Bliski Wschód i Afrykę (EMEA). Reprezentowane były Niemcy, Polska, Włochy, Czechy, Holandia, Wielka Brytania, Francja, Kenia, Bliski Wschód i Japonia. Po raz pierwszy obecny był nasz nowy prezes, pan Togo, oraz przyszły dyrektor regionalny Holdingu, pan Sakaya. Wraz z obecnym Dyrektorem Regionalnym Panem Yui i Starszym Dyrektorem Zarządzającym Panem Konishi otworzyli spotkanie.

Pierwsza część spotkania: Cele 2019
Każdy kraj musiał wyjaśnić, w jaki sposób osiągnie swój cel i czy jest on zgodny z naszym planem biznesowym na lata 2018-2023. Większość z nich ma przed sobą trudny okres i wszyscy są bardzo chętni do współpracy, aby osiągnąć nasze cele.
Druga część spotkania: Grupy zadaniowe
Nowością spotkania były aktualizacje grup zadaniowych. W grudniu 2018 r. utworzyliśmy siedem następujących grup zadaniowych:
- Project Cargo / Break Bulk
- Transport lądowy wewnątrz Europy
- Zarządzanie PO Szkolenie sprzedażowe
- Projekt: Zarządzanie kluczowymi klientami
- Zamówienia na fracht morski
- Centralne zaopatrzenie i wsparcie IT
- Rozbudowa magazynu
Grupy pracują wspólnie nad wymienionymi tematami, aby osiągnąć nasze cele. W każdej grupie reprezentowani byli koledzy z wielu krajów. Wszystkie grupy zadaniowe przedstawiły prezentację na temat swoich postępów i sposobu osiągnięcia celu. Przedstawiono interesujące wyniki, a wszystkie grupy otrzymały zielone światło od najwyższego kierownictwa, aby kontynuować.
