Each year, our organization checks the results and progress made so far. This way we can focus on the steps we have to take in order to meet our goals. Therefore, MOL Logistics Holding (Europe) BV organized the Target / Task Force Meeting for all EMEA members. Each country has to present their results and which actions they have taken to reach it. Next to that, seven Task Force Groups had to present their progress.
Our MOL Logistics branch in London (The United Kingdom) received the Managing Directors and Sales representatives for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Germany, Poland, Italy, Czech Republic, Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Kenya, Middle East and Japan were represented. For the first time our new president Mr. Togo and our future Regional Director of Holding Mr. Sakaya were present. Together with current Regional Director Mr. Yui and Senior Managing Director Mr. Konishi they opened the meeting.

First part of the meeting: Targets 2019
Each country had to explain how they will reach their target and if this Target is in line with our Business plan 2018-2023. Most of them have a challenging period to go and everyone is very willing to work together to reach our goals.
Second part of the meeting: Task Forces
New to the meeting were the updates of the Task Force Groups. In December 2018, we have setup the following seven Task Force Groups:
- Project Cargo / Break Bulk
- Intra Europe Land Transportation
- PO Management Sales Training
- Project: Key Account Management
- Sea Freight Procurement
- IT central Procurement & Support
- Warehouse expansion
The groups work together on the mentioned topics, in order to reach our goals. In each group, colleagues of multiple countries were represented. All Task Forces gave a presentation about their progress and how they will reach their goal. Interesting outcome was presented and all groups got a greenlight from Top Management to continue.
