An idea born in the USA, Get to know your customer day gives businesses the chance to reach out to their customers and get to know them better.

Our company has decided to take part in this initiative, by sending a survey throughout the year, during the first and second half of the year.

We value our customer

With the survey, we want to give our customers the opportunity to provide feedback through quick multi-choice questions. As a company, we seek to establish a long-term relationship with our customers by taking time to understand and appreciate them.
