We’re seeking a driven professional bursting with energy, prepared for the diverse challenges of an all-round Senior HR Advisor role. If you have a proactive attitude and are eager to play a key role in promoting sustainable employability, then we want you!
Team and Vision
As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be part of a team consisting of 2 HR Back Office employees, 2 HR Advisors, and 1 HR Manager, collectively responsible for various MOL locations in the Netherlands. We actively collaborate with the headquarters in Japan, participating in global HR projects implemented locally.

Your role as Senior HR Advisor
In this all-round role, you’ll handle various HR aspects, from recruiting and selecting the right talent to collaborating with team managers on challenges and future plans. You’ll conduct development discussions, guide managers and employees needing extra attention, and independently lead projects for organizational rollout. Every day brings new challenges, but you thrive in this dynamic environment, offering well-founded advice proactively and reactively.
In addition to advising, you’ll serve as our Vitality and Absence Specialist, developing a clear vision for prevention and sustainable employability. You’ll facilitate healthy and happy work environments, promoting awareness of vitality. While departmental managers handle absence management and developmental discussions, you’ll advise and occasionally step in to assist. You’ll ensure proper processing of all steps in absence cases and act as a point of contact for vitality and absence-related queries.
